Southern Society, a motoring group is hosting a car park-off fused with a music event. The park off focuses on motoring enthusiasts who have spent countless hours on making there cars more attractive.

The event takes place at “Die Skuur” in Mariental and promises to have Dj RP, DJ Fish and DJ Mac entire the crowd.
One of the organizers Nathan Nell says this is their 2nd event. Last year they hosted the same event on the 3rd December. Nell says there events are charity based and focuses on the up-liftment of the Mariental community and other towns in Namibia's South.
“With the funds we generate we help out schools and centres for the less fortunate, that's actually the entire vision for Southern Society”, Nell said.
