Barry de Klerk - Want to easily charm your crush? Then cross over to the car straight from the home of pizza.
The Fiat Panda 900T CROSS 4X4 is like a knight in shining armour straight from a fairytale. It gives you a cross-over vehicle with a softer touch and it might be exactly what you need to impress a special someone.
The 900T Cross is one of the smallest cross-over vehicles in the world right now, but it does not back down from a challenge. The Fiat Panda has been around for a long time, but the 900T CROSS only recently started making its mark in the Land of the Brave. It certainly looks the part of a cross-over vehicle, giving you the edgy look of an off-road vehicle, while still being beautiful enough for the city.
The body shape was updated from the original Panda. It includes: roof rails, front fog lamps and a different grille. It truly is an off-road vehicle, with extra space to pack your camping gear or items for your fishing trip. It has a boot capacity of 225litres, which can be expanded.
On the inside you will find all the features you get in a fancy city vehicle. It has all the buttons and knobs for the infotainment system. It features a few buttons on the steering wheel as well. The infotainment system supports Bluetooth, so you can easily access your phone.
Under the bonnet you will find a 0.9l 2-cylinder petrol engine and it delivers 66 kW and 145 Nm. It might not seem much, but it does the job on rougher terrains. The car also has Drive Mode selector to change from the city to the off-road. Unfortunately a smaller engine does not mean you get to save on fuel. The car does an average of 6.7-litre per 100km.
It includes many safety features, like: ABS with EBD, airbags, electronic stability- and vehicle dynamic control, and rear parking sensors.
