Garwin Beukes - We counted 12 traffic lights around 20 meters from each other at an intersection. These traffic lights are situated along Martin Neib street in Okahandja. On the one hand, we might consider it overspending but on the other hand we know for sure very few/ no accidents will happen in this area.
